The J&M story began all the way back in 1942, with the opening of a small family butchery in the heart of Sea Point. Over the years J&M Famous Biltong has become synonymous with exceptional quality meat, delicious biltong and good old-fashioned family values.
We may have outgrown the little butchery and expanded over the past few decades, but some things have remained the same. We still use only the highest quality meat; we still conduct our business with the very same family values and our now famous biltong is flavoured with Jimmy’s Original Steakhouse Sauce. The combination of South Africa’s two favourite flavours just makes sense.
