Terms and conditions

  • Competition is referred to DAD’S BILTONG STACHE, BUY ANY 350G BULK PACKETS AND MEATY ONE AND STAND A CHANCE TO WIN R2000 BILTONG HAMPER.
  • Entry for the competition only on www.joubertandmonty.co.za
  • Follow the steps on entering the competition, make sure that you keep your purchase till slip for entry.
  • The Unique 4-6 digit number at the bottom of the till slip will need to be present for entry.
  • A person entering the competition will need to state at which SPAR/ KWIKSPAR/ SUPERSPAR OR PICK’N PAY they bought J&M Famous Biltong 350g packet or Meaty one at.
  • One winner will be randomly selected FOR SPAR, and one FOR PICK’N PAY, winners will be contacted via telephone or email that has been provided.
  • Competition is valid for all participating stores from 3RD June 2021 – 20th June 2021 while stocks last.
  • No late entries will be accepted.
  • J&M Famous Biltong has all the rights to the competition.
  • In order to be eligible for participation in this Competition, an entrant must be: 18 (eighteen) years of age or older or, if younger than 18 (eighteen) years, be assisted to the extent necessary by a parent/legal guardian;
  • The products listed as a “any bulk packets” in the competition are : 350g beef biltong sliced original unit barcode 6009687462822, 350g beef droëwors barcode 6009687462839 and 350g beef droëwors and biltong mix packet barcode 6009687462846.
  • Regrettably, only South African residents are eligible for the prize.
  • Entry is open to anyone except employees of J&M Famous Biltong, Spar/ KwikSpar and SuperSpar/ Pick’n Pay employees, the sponsoring company/companies and/or agents involved in the competition.
  • Unless the prize is a cash prize, no cash alternative is available to a prize unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • One hamper consists of different J&M Famous Biltong Products to the retail value of R2000. One hamper per retailer.
  • The closing date for this competition is 20th June 2021. Winner will be drawn on 22nd June 2021.
  • The winner selection is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • J&M Famous Biltong reserve the right to cancel any competition without notice at any time.
  • Prizes are non-transferable in whole or in part, must be taken as stated and may not be sold to a third party.
  • Entrants acknowledge that in consideration of the prize offered to winners by us the winning entries may be released, performed or displayed to the public by us or any company connected with the promotion.
  • Competition is valid only for Participating Pick’n Pay’s, Spar, KwikSpar and SuperSpar’s supermarkets in Western Cape. Buy any of the bulk 350g packets or Meaty one box in the participating store and enter to win.
  • Any personal information (including, without limitation, your name, age, address, postal code, telephone number and/or e-mail address) that you submit on the entry form will be used solely in connection with this competition and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purposes of the competition. All information will be deleted 2 weeks after the competition.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information on the entry form. If you are selected as the winner but, despite reasonable efforts, J&M Famous Biltong is unable to contact you based on the information that you provided on the entry form, within 7 (seven) days from the day the winners are drawn, the J&M Famous Biltong reserves the right not to award the prize to you and a new random winner will be drawn.
  • Proof of identity will be required to collect a prize and we reserve the right to refuse payment or handing over of a prize to any potential winner who refuses to or cannot provide sufficient documentation to verify their identity.
  • We may require you to provide us with additional information as we may reasonably require in order to process and to facilitate your acceptance and/or use of the prize.
